In the past, this document (the former "61" with the yellow border) had a purely administrative function, but increasingly the emphasis is on financial and legal aspects. Nowadays, the exporter is responsible for correct export, even if the shipment is sold ex-works.
We at Sintrex have the knowledge to provide the correct document and its verification. We make a document at every loading location, so the shipment does not necessarily have to come through Oldenzaal. For air and sea freight it is therefore a piece of cake to let us take care of the documents. Proof of Export (Confirmation of Exit) is decisive for the final export and can be received on request.
In Germany we are connected to the ATLAS system and take care of export clearance for German exporters. Digital shipping and customs control work slightly differently in Germany, but are taken care of by our GmbH down to the last detail.
